Invoices
Generate invoices automatically and track payment status.
Invoices are generated automatically when milestones are released. No manual invoicing required.
Auto-Generated Invoices
When a milestone is approved and released, ORKA creates an invoice with:
- Project and milestone details
- Amount and currency
- Payment date and method
- Transaction reference
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice Number: Unique identifier
- Date: When the milestone was released
- Amount: Total payment amount
- Status: Paid, pending, or processing
- Transaction Hash: Stellar blockchain reference
Viewing Invoices
Access invoices from:
- The project's Payments tab
- The Invoices section in your workspace
- Your email (auto-sent when released)
Info
Invoices are stored permanently and can be exported for accounting and tax purposes.
Exporting Invoices
Download invoices in multiple formats:
- PDF for accounting
- CSV for spreadsheet import
- JSON for API integration
