General Settings

• Project name - Edit project title
• Description - Project summary
• Budget - Total project budget
• Timeline - Start and end dates

Team Permissions

• Owner - Full access
• Admin - Edit settings, manage team
• Member - Edit assigned tasks
• Viewer - Read-only access

Notifications

Configure alerts for:

• Milestone completions
• Payment events
• File uploads
• Team mentions

Danger Zone

• Archive Project - Hide from active list
• Delete Project - Permanently remove (requires confirmation)
