Creating a Proposal
- Go to your project and click New Proposal
- Use the AI generator to draft from a brief
- Edit milestones, pricing, and terms
- Send to the client for review

Tracking Proposals
Track proposal status in real-time:
- Draft: Not yet sent
- Sent: Waiting for client review
- Viewed: Client has opened the proposal
- Accepted: Client approved the proposal
- Declined: Client declined the proposal
Accepting Proposals
When a client accepts a proposal, ORKA automatically:
- Creates the project with the proposed milestones
- Generates a contract for both parties to sign
- Prepares the escrow for funding
